-Do you have insurance to cover my bicycle in case of total loss?

Yes. We will replace your bike in case of total loss, considering its market value at the time of the incident.

-Can you pick from other city other than Houston?

Yes. We can technically pick up anywhere, but we prefer to be contacted firts to make sure the number of bikes will cover our cost.

-Can you transport other things, or bikes only?

We can move anything. We are a full-blown logistics company, if it fits in our trucks or trailers, we will move it. In fact, if your day job has a transportation need, we will pay your race entry fee if you help us get the job. 

-Is the posted rate for one way trip, or both?

Rate is for both ways, insurance, and at home pick up. Can't beat that.
